Director of Construction
For more than 20 years, Vince has been a project manager in the construction industry for both commercial and residential properties. He brings strong industry knowledge and expertise to the table in addition to coordinating site management, procurement, vendor and city relationships and ensuring budget controls for the Menna development projects.
Vince worked with the MDM team initially from 2006 – 2011, when he oversaw the development and construction of two Menna properties – the Residence Inn Suncoast Parkway which opened in 2008, and the rebranding of the full service Radisson Hotel and Conference Center to the St. Petersburg Marriott Clearwater in 2009.
Prior to joining the MDM team, Vince owned and operated Iannucci Custom Homes for sixteen years. He oversaw all company operations and construction of single-family homes and town homes in the Windsor and Essex County regions of Ontario, Canada. Some of his high-profile accounts included Norbuilt Homes, Coco Homes and Mastercraft Homes.

Vince also more recently worked with Bay to Bay Properties from 2011 to 2018 in the capacity of Superintendent, overseeing the construction and development of multiple projects.
Vince rejoined Menna Development and Management, Inc. in 2018 as Director of Construction.

Vince enjoys travel, fitness and spending time with his family. You'll often find him jogging on the beach in preparation for his next 5k.
