This 100-unit, five-story Residence Inn by Marriott opened in February 2008. MDM was instrumental in developing the world’s first Generation VIII prototype for Marriott International. It is designed with a “Great Room” lobby concept to give the extended stay and short term guests a home-like feel with social experiences.
