Denise has worked in the accounting field since she graduated from Oakland Community College in Michigan, where she majored in Accounting and Business.

She’s also spent much of her career in the trades, starting in 2001, where she worked for DL Electric, and also with an HVAC company called Engineered Climate. After moving to Florida in 2007, Denise worked in the not-for-profit field at Generations Christian Church in their accounting department. She joined the Menna Team in 2018. Her background in the trades made the transition to Menna Development, Inc. quite smooth.

Denise works in both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, while also assisting in other financial areas of the company’s various projects. She’s quite well versed. In fact, from journal entries to balance sheets to reconciliations, she has the skill set that Menna Development, Inc. requires as they develop, manage and turnkey their properties.
