Lia has dedicated the majority of her career to the hospitality and real estate industries, bringing extensive experience and a results-driven approach to every project.  

She joined the MDM family in 2009, drawing on her valuable experience as an independent real estate agent and commercial property manager. Lia has since held key leadership roles spanning real estate acquisitions, hotel sales and marketing, and the disposition of MDM-owned and operated assets.  

As Vice President & Owner’s Representative, Lia oversees all aspects of the company’s day-to-day operations, as well as future development initiatives and active construction projects. Leveraging her background in interior design and construction project management, she plays an integral role in shaping the design and execution of each project—from land acquisition and entitlement through grand opening and long-term management.
