Ian Larson joined Menna Development and Management (MDM) in 2011 as General Manager of the St. Petersburg Marriott Clearwater, overseeing all aspects of hotel operations. His strong leadership, operational expertise, and ability to manage teams with empathy and efficiency quickly earned him recognition within the organization.

He was soon promoted to Area General Manager, followed by his appointment as Vice President. In 2017, Ian was elevated to Senior Vice President, where he continues to play a key leadership role in driving MDM’s strategic growth and operational excellence.
